I just want us to keep the building. I am just trying 'share my voice'. I want the theatre to be repaired and used for performance. It has a wonderful ambience and is well situated with lots of parking unlike the proposed replacement theatre in Victoria St with no easy free parking. I want my rates to go into making the theatre fit for purpose again. Why do you want to get rid of it?

For a theatre. Just fix it with my and all Hamiltonians rates just as should have automatically happened. It's a beautiful theatre space that just requires maintenance.

You could have conferences, lectures, prize givings, graduation ceremonies when performances are not scheduled. There is good parking in the area.
