Overview

Consultation on Council's proposed Stormwater bylaw is now closed. Submissions were open from 4 Mar 2015 to 1 April 2015.  

The proposed bylaw aims to protect Hamilton's waterways by ensuring the stormwater system is maintained and that water entering the system is clean and free of contaminants.
