Council has prepared a draft variation for the Ruakura area to the Proposed District Plan (PDP).
The variation will integrate the outcomes and content of the Board of Inquiry Decision for Ruakura into the PDP framework to ensure there is a consistent planning approach in managing urban development across the Ruakura area. The variation also deals with any deferred matters from the PDP hearings process.
