Fitzroy Park Playground refresh

We're refreshing the playground at Fitzroy Park and we want to hear your thoughts on what you want to see. 

This refresh is part of our ongoing playground renewals programme. The programme aims to make sure we look after the play spaces we already have so our playgrounds will be in great shape for communities to enjoy in the future. 

The playground will be refreshed in a like-for-like way, building on what's already there and providing play opportunities that suit the community. The playground will be more up to date, providing fun in a safe yet challenging environment for our young explorers. It will also encourage children to play in a range of different ways such as climbing, sliding, jumping and spinning.  

We want to make sure your voice is factored into the design of the refreshed playground in Fitzroy Park. 

We are also hosting a drop-in session on Saturday 17 February from 9am - 11am, at the playground entrance on Lansdowne Crescent, where you can find out more about the refresh and share your thoughts in person.
