The 10-Year Plan sets out our priorities, plans and budget for Hamilton over the next decade, with a specific focus on the next three years.

Consultation on the 10-Year Plan was open from 13 April to 15 May 2015 and 726 submissions were received. The Council received feedback in a variety of ways, including online and paper submissions, social media feedback (Facebook and Twitter) and through public, targeted and Maaori engagement sessions, which provided opportunities to meet face-to-face with the Mayor, councillors, and staff and replaced the traditional hearings format.
